Despite dipping below the $1 billion dollar mark in total mobile handle for New York sports betting for the month of July, the last week of the month did provide some promising news.
The five-week streak of handle decreases has ended.
The New York State Gaming Commission (NYSGC) announced late Thursday the state’s total mobile wagering handle posted at $177.77 million for the week ending July 30, up a solid $28 million from $149.71 million the previous week.
The state’s total mobile Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) also generated more than $22.04M, an increase of more than $9.73M from the week ending July 24.
All nine mobile New York sports app providers enjoyed increases in their individual handles.
All but three — BallyBet Sportsbook New York, Caesars Sportsbook New York and Resorts World Sportsbook New York — had increases in their GGR.
