Entering his eighth season at Syracuse, head coach Dino Babers is looking for his second consecutive bowl appearance (and third overall). He hopes to rekindle the magic of 2018, when the Orange went 10-3 and won the Camping World Bowl over West Virginia, 34-18.
Babers enters the season with a 73-65 overall record (36-49 with the Orange). Syracuse was 7-6 last season and lost to Minnesota, 28-20, in the Pinstripe Bowl last year at Yankee Stadium in New York.
There is no wagering on Syracuse or other in-state college teams at New York sportsbooks.
You can bet on Syracuse in other states, which made us wonder: How has Syracuse fared against the spread (ATS) under Babers?

For this list, only games from the coach’s current stint were included. Games played as interim head coach were not included. Teams with new coaches entering the 2023 season were not included.
