BetMGM's updated info, released Wednesday morning, shows the Mets have the highest ticket percentage to with the NL pennant at 19.2%, the highest handle at 29.1% and remains BetMGM’s biggest liability for this wager.
BetMGM has the Mets at +800 to win it all and +400 to win the National League. They are a solid -135 favorite to top the NL East.
Compare that to before the season, when the Mets were +1000 to be World Series champs, +550 to win the NL and +140 to take the division.
The Mets, who conclude their four-game set with the Braves today with a 1:10 p.m. matinee, currently have a 4½-game lead over the Miami Marlins and a six-game lead over the Philadelphia Phillies in the division.
Starting Thursday, the Mets travel down the New Jersey Turnpike to take on the Phillies in a four-game series.
